Pricing Data
All cost ranges are sourced from actual contractor quotes collected in Liberty and Chambers County. We apply town-level multipliers based on local labor market data and do not republish national averages. Prices are reviewed quarterly.
Contractor Vetting
Every contractor listed on Texas Service Pros must hold a valid Texas license, carry liability insurance of at least $1M, and provide at least three verifiable local references. We re-verify credentials annually.
Editorial Independence
Editorial placement is never sold. Advertisers may sponsor specific content units, but cannot influence guide content, ratings, or contractor rankings. Sponsored content is always labeled as such.
