A large fan installed in the ceiling between the living space and attic that rapidly pulls hot air out of the home and exhausts it through attic vents. Effective in spring/fall in East Texas when nighttime temps drop below 75°F. Not a replacement for AC in peak summer, but can reduce AC runtime significantly during shoulder seasons.
