The outdoor component of a central AC system that releases heat extracted from your home into the outside air. Must be kept clear of debris, vegetation, and dirt. A dirty condenser coil forces the system to work harder, reducing efficiency and lifespan. Annual cleaning is part of a proper AC tune-up. Bent fins (from hail or debris) can be straightened with a fin comb.
